Questions about paying
Is CPhT / PTCE a subscription?
No. CPhT / PTCE Exam Prep is a single payment that opens the guide for 6 months. There is no recurring charge, no card kept on file, and nothing to cancel.
How long does access last?
Access runs for 6 months from the moment your payment is confirmed. Content updates released during that period are included, and your progress is preserved through them. When the period ends the study content locks, but your account, notes and progress are kept — buy access again and everything is where you left it.
Does buying CPhT / PTCE unlock the other guides?
No. Access is granted per guide, so this payment opens CPhT / PTCE Exam Prep and nothing else. Every other guide in the catalog is priced and bought on its own.
Who handles the payment?
Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s own secure checkout page and never touch Elora Study’s servers. We only ever see a masked summary and the confirmation that a payment succeeded.
Is the Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam (PTCE / ExCPT) fee included?
No. The official exam fee is paid directly to the certifying organization, is set by them, and is separate from anything you pay Elora Study. Buying this guide does not register you for the exam or establish your eligibility to sit it.
